Product Quality Control Services

.Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) or Initial Production Check (IPC) is an Product Inspection performed before your production begins, up until 20% has been completed. It allows you to identify quality risks before manufacturing and is an essential part of your risk assessment and quality assurance management. A pre-production inspection verifies your supplier whether they start the production on schedule and all your products specifications and quality requirements are well-followed. A preliminary inspection of all machinery and raw materials to be used in your production is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent throughout whole production.

.Inline Product Inspection (IPI) or During Production Check, DUPRO is an on-site Product Inspection performed when 20-80% of your production is completed and packed for shipping. This inspection of randomly selected units from all completed batches of your production informs you whether or not your factory is continuing to follow your original specifications, and if your production is still on schedule. It forms part of your overall quality assurance program and provides the opportunity for implementation of the necessary corrective actions at an early stage.

.Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is an essential element of supply chain management. PSI is a systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at least 80% complete. This is your final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is finished and packed; making it an effective tool to safeguard your product against costly import risks

.Container Loading Inspection (CLI) or Container Loading Check (CLC)ensure that your finished goods are loaded and handled correctly when loaded into containers to protect goods during transportation and delivery to final destination in a satisfactory condition. This service usually occurs at the factory or your forwarder's warehouse after a pre-shipment inspection (PSI)

.Production Monitoring (PM) means an on-site Product Inspection performed every day of your production. An inspector scrutinizes your factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects. You receive daily reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process. Inspectors will track with your production, maintain a tight schedule, and efficiently reduce the number of defective products
