Production Monitoring

Production Monitoring (PM) means an on-site Product Inspection performed every day of your production. An inspector scrutinizes your factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects. You receive daily reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process. Inspectors will track with your production, maintain a tight schedule, and efficiently reduce the number of defective products.

The production monitoring service is part of your quality assurance program. It occurs during the manufacturing process, usually after a failed DUPRO or after repetitive pre-shipment inspection failures.

Based on your product specifications and quality requirements, inspectors examine the quality of finished goods on the production lines, identify defects, and remove defective products for rework or replacement. Inspectors also determine the root cause of defects, notify the supplier of the necessary corrective actions, and verify correct implementation of those actions. Their guidance helps your supplier to achieve your quality requirements and ensure timely delivery.

For all inspections, 3CYuan uses the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension.
